Title: Making Room for Others

Aim: To help children to see that they have a responsibility to make room for others, whether popular or not.

Age: Year 5 - 8

Title: Love Your Neighbour

Aim: Using the triangular slave trade, by way of illustration, to explore the idea of '"who is my neighbour?" and 'what is my responsibility towards them?'.

Age: This is geared towards years 4, 5 and 6, but can be used as an all-age assembly,  involving younger ones especially in the actions.

Title: Is it too late to say sorry?

Aim: “Today we are going to be thinking about whether it is possible for a town, or a nation to say sorry about something that happened a long time ago.”

Usage: A Powerpoint presentation which includes notes for use in Secondary School assemblies.
